<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> UTILITIES § 28-77 <br /> for water used and to cover any breakage or damage <br /> to the hydrant. Such deposit shall be refunded upon <br /> expiration of the permit, after deduction for any <br /> applicable charges for use or damage. <br /> (c) The user shall pay a rental charge based both upon <br /> the time of use and the gallons of water used. This <br /> rental charge shall be established from time to time by <br /> the council in a resolution adopted thereby. (Ord. No. <br /> 103, § 4.3, 11-13-67; Ord. Hydrant rentals. <br /> <br /> (a) Owners of private property on which fire hydrants are <br /> located shall pay an annual standby charge, the amount of <br /> which shall be as established in a resolution adopted by the <br /> council. This charge shall be a specified amount per <br /> hydrant. In addition thereto, if the city installs a hydrant on <br /> private property at the request of the owner, the owner shall <br /> be charged the actual cost to the city of materials and labor <br /> for such installation. <br /> (b) This charge shall not apply to a hydrant installed in <br /> the usual manner on boulevarda or street right-of-way, but <br /> only to those installed on private property. Permits required for private use of water <br /> towers. <br /> No person shall install any radio aerial on, or in any way <br /> use, any municipal water Lower for private use without first <br /> obtaining a permit from the council to do so. <br /> (a) Terms of permit. Any person desiring to obtain a <br /> permit to inatall a private radio aerial on a water <br /> tower shall file an application with the clerk-adminis- <br /> trator and have the same approved by the city <br /> engineer and chief of police. If the permit is issued by <br /> the council it shall only be valid so long as the <br /> applicant pays to the city such fee as has been <br /> established therefor in a resolution adopted by the <br /> Supp. No. 3 <br /> 1663 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I <br />
