The lowest elevation of the finished surface of the <br /> ground, sidewalk, or other paving within a five-foot horizontal <br /> distance from the face of the building. <br /> (57) High water mark. Means a maxk delineating the high- <br /> est water level which has been maintained for a sufficient <br /> period of time to leave evidence upon the landscape. The <br /> normal high water mark is commonly that point where the nat- <br /> ural vegetation changes from predominantly aqnatic to pre- <br /> dominantly terrestrial. <br /> (58) Home occupation. An accesaory use of a residential <br /> strructure for any gainful occupation or profession which: <br /> 1. Is engaged in by an occupant of the premiaes; <br /> 2. Is, in respect to the resitlential aite, conducted entirely <br /> within the dwelling; <br /> <br /> 3. Does not occupy more than thirty-three (33) per cent <br /> of the groas floor area of the dwelling; <br /> 4. Does not require any apecial entrance into the atruc- <br /> ture; and <br /> 5. Has no exterior evidence of the accesaory use. <br /> <br /> Any activity reaulting in traffic, noise, light, fumes and odors <br /> to such an extent that it ia noticeable that the property ia being <br /> uaed for nonresidential purposes ahall not conatitute a home <br /> occupation. <br /> (69) Hotel/motel. Any building, or group of buildings, hav- <br /> ing six (6) or more gueat rooms intended or designed to be <br /> rented or hired out to be occupied, or which are occupied for <br /> sleeping purpose.s by guests. <br /> (60) Houses of worahip. A building, together with its accea- <br /> sory buildings and uaea, where persona regularly assemble <br /> for religious worahip. <br /> (61) Industry.
