A right or privilege in favor of a person or <br /> a governmental authority to use a parcel of land or portion <br /> , thereof for a specific purpose. <br /> (46) Electronic tower. A structure which is higher in elevation <br /> that its diameter, and is used for transmission, relay or emission <br /> of electronic wavea. A ham radio tower and any other type of <br /> private radio transmitter are included in this definition. <br /> (47) Exterior storage. The storage of goods, materials, equip- <br /> ment, manufactured products and similar items not fully en- <br /> closed by a building. <br /> (48) Faynily. An individual, or two (2) or more persons re- <br /> lated by bload, marriage or adoption, living together as a <br /> single household unit; or a group of persons living together <br /> as a single housekeeping unit. <br /> (49) Floor area. The sum of the gross horizontal area of the <br /> several floors of a building measured from the exterior walls, <br /> including basements and attached acceasory buildinga. <br /> (50) Floor area, habitable. Floor area, as defined above, <br /> excluding all areas occupied by cellars, garages, porches, at- <br /> tics, atairways and storage, utility and heating rooma. (51) Floor area ratio. The ratio obtained by dividing the <br /> <br /> sum of a building's floor area by the amount of lot area. <br /> (52) Frontage. The uninterrupted front boundary line of a <br /> lot, or the length of such line, which abuts on a atreet. <br /> )t(53) Garaqe, private. An accesaory building or portion of the <br /> principal building which is intended and used for the storage <br /> ~ of the private passenger vehicles of the family or familiea who <br /> reside upon the lot upon which the same is located. <br /> (54) GarW repair. A building or space for the repair or main- <br /> tenance of motor vehicles, including body work, painting and <br /> vehicle wash, but not including factory assembly of such vehicles, <br /> auto wrecking establishments, or junkyards. <br /> (56) Garage, truck.
