Requirement that ignition <br /> be Iceked and car kays removed when <br /> parked. <br /> ' No person shall ]eave a motor vehicle <br /> unattende@ on any public road or public <br /> property in the Village of Arden Hills, <br /> or upon any unattended parking lot gen- <br /> erally held open for the use of the <br /> gwblic and operated in eonnection with <br /> a commercial or businesa establiahment <br /> in the Village of Arden Hills, without <br /> first stapping the engine, locking the <br /> ignition, removing the key from the igni_ <br /> tion of said mator vehicle, and taking <br /> the said key with him. <br /> Section 2. Police aathariaed to remove <br /> keys. <br /> Whenever any police officer of the <br /> i Village finds any such motor vehiele <br /> standing in violation of Section 1 such <br /> palice officer is authorized and directed <br /> to remove therefrom the ignition key left <br /> therein and to deliver the same to the <br /> officer in eharge of the police depart- <br /> I ment. <br /> Section 3. Penaltie8. <br /> , . Any person vialating any provision of . <br /> this ordinance shall be guilty of a mis- <br /> demeanor and upon conviction shall be <br /> punished by a fine not to exceed One <br /> Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or imFrieon- <br /> ment not to exceed ninety (90) daYS. <br /> Section 4.
