STATE QF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS ORDINANCE N0. 219 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-56 (b) AND (c) OF TSE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE RELATING TO VACATION RATE OF ACCRUAL The Citq Council of the Citq of Arden Hille ordains thst Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ardea Hills, Mianesota, be amended in the following respecta: Section 1. Section 19-58 (b) and (c) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Arden Hills is hereby amended by delet- iag (b) and (c) thereof and substituting (b) ,(c) ,(d) and (e) so that such Section ahall read ae follaws: "Section 19-58, Rate of Accrual (b) Conmeacing with the sixth year of his emploqment and continuing through the eleventh year thereof, a regular employee shall accrue paid vacation leave benefits at the rate of five and zero tenths (5.0) hours for each biweekly pay period he has been an emploXee of the city. (c) Commencing ia the twelfth qear and continuing through the thirteenth year, a regular emploqee shall accrue paid vacation leave benefits at the rate of five and five tenths (5.5) hours for each biweeklq period he has been an employee of the citq. (d) Commeacing ia the fourteenth qear aad continuiag through the fifteenth qear, a regular employee shall accrue paid vacation leave benefits at the rate of six and zero tentha (6.0) hours for each biweekly period he has been an employee of the citq. (e) Commencing in the sixteeath year of his emploqment aad thereafter, a regular emploqee shall accrue vacatioa leave benefite at the rate of six and five tentha (6.5) houre for each biweekly period he has beea an employee of the citq." Section 2. Effective Date. After its publication, this Ordinance shall be retroactivelq effective as of Januarq 1, 1981. Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this Sth daq of June 1981. Robert L.
