STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS ORDI2iANCE N0. 219 AN ORDINANCE AbiENDING SECTION 19-58 (b) AND (c) OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE RELATING TO VACATION RATE OF ACCRUAL Tha Citq Couacll of the City of Arden H111s ordains that Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ardea Hills, Ninnasota, be asended ia the followiag respects: Sectioa 1. Section 19-58 (b) snd (c) of the Cod• oE Ordlnances of the Gity o# Arden Hills is heraby awandad by dalet- ing (b) aud (c) thersof and aubatituting (b) ,(c) ,(d) aad (e) ao t6at such Sectlon shall read aa follops: "Section 19-58 Rate of Accrual b Contiencing vith the slxth year of his amployment and coatinuing through the eleventh year thereof, s regular employse shall accrue paid vacation laave benefits at the rate of five and sero teaths (5.0) houra for each biweeklq pay period he has beeaa aa enplolee of tha city. (c) Coomenciag ia the twelfth qear and cantinuing through the thirteeath year, a regulas em,ploqee •hall accrue paid vacation leave benefits at the rate of five and five tenths (5.5) hours for each biveaklq period he has bean an employee of the citq. (d) Commenciag in the fourteenth year aad continuing through the fifteenth year, a regular employee shall accrua paid vacation leave benefits at the rate of eix and ze.ro tentha (6.0) hours for each biweekly peri,od he has been aa employee of the citq. (e) Commencing in the aixteenth year of his eaploqment and thereafter, a segular eopioqee ahall accrue vacation leave benefite :t the rate of eix and five tenths (6.5) hours for each biweekly period he has been aa employee of tha city."
