Ord. No. 79, relatinQ to ' adontion np the Highway Traffic Regu- <br /> ]xtion Act of the State of Minnesota, ie <br /> hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2. Highway Traffic Regola- <br /> tion Act Incorporated By Reference. The regulatory provisiona op Chapter 169 of <br /> Minnesota Statutea Annotated, as amended by Laws 1967 and Extra Ses- <br /> afon Laws 1967: eommonly known as <br /> the Highway Traffic Regulation Act, <br /> re hereby adopted as a traffic ordi- <br /> nance regulating the uae of highways, <br /> atreets and alleys within the Village of <br /> Arden Hills, and are hereby incorporat- <br /> ed in and made a Fart of this Ordinance <br /> as comgletely as if set out herein in . <br /> full. <br /> 3ection 3. Penalty. Any violation of <br /> the Statutes adopted by reference in <br /> Sec. 2 hereof is a violation of this Or- <br /> dinance when it occurs within the limits <br /> of the Village of Arden Hills. Any per- <br /> san violating any provision thereof shall <br /> be svilty of a misdemeanor and shall <br /> be punished by a fine of not to exceed <br /> One Hvndred Dollars ($108.00) or by imprisonment in the County jail for a . <br /> periad of not to exceed 90 days. <br /> Section 4.
