Ord. No. 79, relatinA to <br /> adontion of the Highway Traffic Regu- <br /> lation Act of the State of Minnesota, is <br /> hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2. Aighway Traffic Regula- <br /> tion Act Incorporated By Reference. The <br /> . regulatory provisions of Chapter 169 of <br /> Minnesota Statutes Annotated, as <br /> amended by Laws 1967 and Extra Sea- <br /> sion Lawa 1967, rommonly known as <br /> the Highway Traffic Eiegulatian Act, <br /> re bereby adopted as a traffic ordi- <br /> nance regulating the use of highways, <br /> streets and alleys within the Village of <br /> Arden Hills, and are hereby incorporat- <br /> ed in and made a part of this Ordinance <br /> as comgletely as if set out herein in <br /> full. <br /> 3ection 3. Penalty. Any violation of <br /> the Statutes adopted by reference in <br /> Sec. 2 hereof is a violation of this Or- <br /> dinance when it occurs within the limita <br /> of the' Village cf Arden Hilis. Any per- <br /> , son violating any grovision thereof ahall <br /> be Suilty of a miademeanox and shall - <br /> be puniahed by a fine of not to exceed <br /> One Hundrecl Dollars ($100.00) or by <br /> imprisonment in the County jail for a <br /> period of not to exceed 90 days. <br /> Section 4. Effective Date.
