"On sale" licenaes <br /> ahall be issued only to hotels, clubs <br /> and exclusive liquor stores and ahall <br /> permit "on salea" of linuor only, <br /> but purauant to the Provisions of <br /> Chapter 284 of the 1963 3ession <br /> Laws of the State of Minnesota, <br /> any establishment in the Village of <br /> Arden Hills which holds an "on <br /> sale" or a combination "on sale" • <br /> and "off sale" licenses for the sale <br /> of intoxicating liquor may sell food. <br /> "On sale" licensea may secordingly <br /> be issued by the Council to a praper- <br /> ly-quslified applicant proposing to <br /> serve food on the premises which are <br /> the subject of the application. <br /> Section 2. This Ordinanee shall be <br /> published forthwith in the official Vil- <br /> lage newspaper and shall be effective <br /> from and after its passage and publiea- <br /> II tion. <br /> Pasaed by the Village Council of Arden <br /> Hills this 9 day of December, 1983. <br /> D.
