"On sale" lieensea <br /> ahali be isaued only to hotels, cluba <br /> , and exclusive liquor stores and ahail <br /> permit "on sales" of liquor only, <br /> but pursuant to the provisians of <br /> Gfiapter 284 of the 1963 Session <br /> Laws of the State of Minnesota, <br /> ' any eatablishment in the Village of <br /> Arden Hills which holds an "on <br /> , sale" or a combination "on sale" <br /> ' and "off sale" licensea for the sale <br /> j of intoxicating liquor may sell food. <br /> E, "On sale" 3icenses may accordingly <br /> ~ be issued by the Council to a proper- <br /> ly-qualified applicant proposing to <br /> ' aerve food on the premisea'which are <br /> the subject of the application. <br /> Section 2.
