Subdivision 2 of Section. 2 <br /> of Ordinance Number 32 is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows, to-wit: <br /> Subi2ivision 2. "On sale' licenaes <br /> shall be issued only to hotels, clubs <br /> and exclusive liquor stores and shall <br /> Permit "on sales" of liquor onlq, , <br /> but 'pursuant to the proviaians of <br /> C'hapter 284 of the 1963 Sesaian <br /> Laws of the State of Minnesota, <br /> any establishment in the Viltage of <br /> Arden Hills which holda an "on <br /> eale" or a combination "on sale" <br /> and "off sale" licensea for the sale <br /> of intoxicating ]iquar may sell food. <br /> "On sale" licenses may accordingly <br /> be isaued by the Council to a proper- <br /> . ly-qualified applicant proposing to . <br /> sexve food on the gremises which are <br /> the subject of the application. <br /> Section 2.
