Amendment to Provision Regarding "Accessory Retail <br /> Sales" in Section VI.A.(5) of Appendix A-Zoning of Arden Hills <br /> Code. Section VI.A.(5) of Appendix A-Zaning of the Arden Hills <br /> Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "(5) Accessory retail sales, processing, and <br /> storage. Accessory retail sales shall be germitted <br /> in industrial districts, and aceessory processing, <br /> assembly, repair, and storage of materials shall be <br /> permitted in business districts when such uses are <br /> directly associated with the principal use, and <br /> when such incidental sales, processing, assembly, <br /> repair, and storage are necessary to conduct a <br /> permitted principal or special use. Such accessory <br /> use shall not exceed thirty percent (30%) of the <br /> floor space of the principal structure or use, and <br /> shall be enclosed within the'princigal structure." <br /> 15. Amendment to Section VI.A. af Appendix A-Zoning of <br /> Arden Hills Code by Adding a New Paragraph (8) Designating <br /> Certain Day Care Facilities as Accessory Uses for Houses of <br /> Worship and Schools. Section VI.A. of Appendix A-Zoning of the <br /> Arden Hills Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new <br /> Paragraph (8) whieh is entitled and reads as follows: <br /> "(8) Certain day care facilities as accessory <br /> uses for houses of worship and schools. Day care <br /> facilities for over 10 persons shall be considered <br /> as accessory uses for houses of worship and schools <br /> within all residential districts." <br /> 16. Amendment to Section VI.B. (2) (c) of Appendix A-Zoning <br /> of Arden Hills Code b Addin "Patios" as Permitted Encraach- <br /> ments.
