Amendment to Provision Regarding Exceptions to Height , <br /> Limitations in Section VI.B. (3) (a) of Appendix A-Zoning of Arden <br /> Hills Code. Section VI.B.(3)(a) of Appendix A-Zoninq of the <br /> Arden Hills Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "(a) Exceptions. Height limitations shall not apply to church spires, belfries, cupolas and <br /> <br /> domes; chimneys and sinokestacks; public <br /> monuments and flagpoles; public and private <br /> utility facilities; electronic transmissian <br /> towers; roof-mounted television and radio <br /> antennae and parapet walls extending not more <br /> than four (4) feet above the limiting height <br /> of the building, except as hereina€ter <br /> provided." <br /> 18. Amendment to Table Concerning Off-Street Parking <br /> Spaces in Section VI.E.(1)(f) of Appendix A-Zoning of Arden Hills <br /> Code. Section VI.E.(1)(f) of Appendix A-2oning of the Arden <br /> Hr 1 s Code is hereby amended by adding to the table contained <br /> therein, under the "Use" column, the term "Multiple-occupancy <br /> structures" and by also adding to such table, under the "Number <br /> of Spaces" column across from "Multiple-occupancy structures", <br /> the phrase "Spaces equal to the sum of the separate parking <br /> requirements for each use contained therein". <br /> 19. Amendment to Section VI.E.(1) of Appendix A-Zoning of <br /> Arden Hills Code by Adding New Paragraph (g) Concerning <br /> Conversion or Alteration of Approved Uses. Section VI.E.(1) of <br /> Appendix A-Zoning of the Arden Hills Code is hereby amended by <br /> adding thereto a new Paragraph (g) which is entitled and reads as <br /> follows: <br /> "(g) Conversion or alteration of approved uses. A <br /> commercial or industrial building which <br /> received site plan approval and was issued a <br /> building permit for a use, or uses, and which <br /> is.later converted, remodelled, or modified to <br /> accommodate another permitted use, or uses, <br /> which has a greater off-street parking <br /> requirement shall 'be required to apply for <br /> site plan review and approval to assure the <br /> adequacy of off-street parking." <br /> 20.
