Amendment to Provision Concernin Ino erable Vehicles <br /> in Section VI.F.(3) a) of Apgendix A-Zoning of Arden Hills Code. <br /> Section VI.F.(3)(a) of Appendix A-Zoning of the Arden Hills Code <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "(a) Inoperable and unlicensed vehicles. Passenger <br /> vehicles and trucks that are in an inoperable <br /> condition or are unlicensed or in storage <br /> shall not be parked outdoars in the City for a <br /> period exceeding seven (7)-•days. 'Inoperable' <br /> shall mean incapable of movement under its own <br /> power or in need of repair or disposal in a <br /> junkyard." <br /> 24. Amendment to Provision Regarding Boats, Trailers and <br /> Utility Vehicles in Section VI.F.(4)(b) of Appendix A-Zoning of <br /> Arden Aills Code. Section VI.F.(4)(b) of Appendix A-Zoning of <br /> the Arden Hills Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "(b) Boats, trailers and utility vehicles. <br /> Exterior storage of boats, trailers and <br /> utility vehicles is not permitted in any <br /> residential district, except those less than <br /> twenty (20) feet in length which may be stored <br /> in the side or rear yard." <br /> 25. Amendment to Section VI.F.(4) of Appendix A-Zaning of <br /> Arden Hills Code by Adding Thereto a Provisian Concerning <br /> Exterior Storage in Business and Industrial Districts. Section <br /> VI.F.(4) of Appendix A-Zoning of the Arden Hills Code is hereby <br /> amended by adding thereto a new..Subparagraph (c) which is <br /> entitled and reads as follows: <br /> "(c) Business and industrial districts. Ail <br /> permitted exterior storage in the business and <br /> industrial districts shall be screened from <br /> public view, except materials and equipment <br /> being used for on-site construction. Trucks <br /> parked in public view and utilized for storage <br /> for more than a period of seven (7) days shall <br /> be prohibited." <br /> 26. Amendment to Section.Vl. of A endix A-Zonin of Arden <br /> Hills Code by Adding Thereto a New Subsection A) Concerning <br /> Filling and Excavation. Section VI. of Appendix A-Zoninq of the <br /> Arden Aills Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new <br /> Subsection (H) which is entitled and reads as follows: <br /> "H.
