<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 21. Revision of Bulk Liquid Storage Provision in Section <br /> VI.E.(10) of Appendix A-Zoning of Arden Hills Code. Section <br /> VI.E.(10) of Appendix A-Zoning of the Arden Hills Code is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> "(10) Storage of Flammable•and Combustible Liquids. <br /> <br /> (a) Compliance with Uniform Fire Code. All <br /> bulk storage of fZammable and combus- <br /> tible liquids shall conform to the <br /> Minnesota Uniform Fire Code as adapted <br /> by Ordinance 229, and all other provi- <br /> sions of Ordinance 229. <br /> (b) Permits. Permits shall be required as <br /> provided in Section 5 of Ordinance 229. <br /> <br /> (c) Discontinuance of hazardous existing <br /> storage tanks. Any existing storage <br /> tank that constitutes a hazard to the <br /> public safety shall be discontinued. <br /> (d) Screening. Al1 above-ground storage <br /> tanks, except tanks used for liquefied <br /> petroleum, shall be screened from view. <br /> Such screening shall conform to the <br /> Uniform Fire Code and the setback <br /> requirements of this Ordinance." <br /> 22. Amendment to Section VI.E. of Appendix A-Zoning of <br /> Arden Hills Code by Adding a New Paragraph (14) Concerning Design <br /> Standards for Principal Structures in Residential Zoning <br /> Districts. Section VI.E. of Appendix A-Zoning of the Arden Aills <br /> Code is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Paragraph (14) <br /> which is entitled and reads as follows: <br /> "(14) Design Standards for Principal Structures in <br /> Residential Zoning Districts. <br /> (a) Minimum Width. All principal structures <br /> in residential zoning districts, except <br /> mobile homes in approved mobile home <br /> parks, shall-have a minimum width of <br /> twenty (20) feet measured from face to <br /> face of principal exterior walls. <br /> (b) Foundation. All principal structures in <br /> residential zoning districts, except <br /> mobile homes in approved mobile home <br /> . . parks, shall be placed on permanent <br /> foundatians which compl.y with the <br /> requirements of the State Building Code <br /> and which are continuous aad solid for <br /> the entire peri.meter of the structure.' <br /> <br /> ~ 8 - <br />
