ORDINANCE NO. 190 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE <br /> CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF M.S.A. Section 84.90 <br /> REGULATING THE USE OF RECREATiONAL <br /> MOTOR VEHICLES AND SNOWMOBILES ON LANDS <br /> NOT OWNED BY OPERATOR <br /> The City Council of Arden Hills ordains: <br /> Section 1. Adoption by Reference of Certain <br /> Provisions of M.S.A. Section 84.90. Subdivisions 1, 2, 4, 5, <br /> 6, and 7 of Section 84.90 of Minnesota Statutes, as now <br /> constituTed and as hereafter amended, are hereby <br /> adopTed by reference, made a part of ihis Ordinance as <br /> Though completely set forTh herein, and shall after the <br /> effecTive daTe hereof regulate the operation of <br /> recreaTional motor vehicles and snowmobiles, as <br /> defined iherein on lands not owned by the operator <br /> within the City of Arden Hills. At least three (3) copies <br /> of said staTUTe, so adopted, shall be marked as official <br /> copies and filed in the office of the Cler-k-AdminisTraTOr <br /> of the City of Arden Hills. <br /> Section 2. Penalty. Any violaTion of the statuTe <br /> adopted by reference in Section 1 hereof shall be a <br /> violaTion of this Ordinance when it occurs wiThin the <br /> limits of the City of Arden Hills. Any person violating <br /> any provision thereof shall be guilTy of a misdemeanor <br /> and shall be punished by a fine of noT more than Three <br /> Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonmen} of not <br /> more than nineTy (90) days, or both. <br /> Sectian 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall <br /> become effecTive upon its passage and publicaTion. <br /> Passed by the Council of the City of Arden Hills ihis <br /> 141h day of July, 1975. <br /> Henry J.
