The Village Conncil af the Village af Arden Hills does hereby ordain as fol- . ]bwa: ` Section 1. Revision of Delinqaent Charges. Ordinance No. 114, which atnen,ds Ordina,nce No. 49 by inserting . therein a schedule af rates and chargea designated as Section 11 of Ordinanee No. 49, is hereby atnended by atriking therefrozn the second paragraph af Sec- tion 11 (B) Ehereof, striking therefrom the entire Paragraph (C) af said 3ec- tion 11, and substituting a new Para- graph (C) as followa: (Q) Any amounts payable hereunder may, be collected in an action brought . for that ~purpase in the name of the ViIDage; ar the Village Clerk-Admin- itratar, upon direction therean by the Council, may certify to the Caunty - Auditor the amaun?s due, together . with thR legal dascriFtion af the premises served, and the County Au- ditor shall thereupam include such , amaunt in Che tax levy an said prem- ises, and collect the same with the taxes due for the ensuing year. In certifying bo the County Auditor . , as set farth herein the Clerk shall add to the charges then due and payable as a seParate item 8 pef cent of said esnount as a delinquency penalty, which ~ amovnt sha.l.] be included in the tax levy by the Caunty Audihar as afore- said.
