The Village Council af the Village of _ Arden H,ills doea hereby ordain as fal- . ]ows: Section 1. Reviaion of Delinquent Charges. Ordinance No. 114, which amen.ds Ordinanr,e No. 49 by inserting therein a schedule of rates and eharges designated as Sectian 11 of Ordinance No. 4.9, is herebyaspended by striking ' therefrom the secont2 garagraph af Sec- - tion 11 (B) thereof, stYiking therefrom the entire Paragraph (C) of said Sec- tion 11, anrl substituting a new Para- graph (C) as followa: (C) Any amounts payable hereunder may be collected in an action bmught _ far that purpose in the name of the ViLlage; or the Village Clerk-Adwin- - istrator, upon direction thereon bq the Council, may certify to the County Auditor the amaunts due, together with the legal description of the premises served, and the Caunty Aa- , ditar ahaJ] thereupan include such amanxnk in the tiax levp on said prem- ises, and crollect the same with the taxes due far the ensuing year. In certifying to the County Auditor . as set fartih herein the Clerk shall add to the charges then due and payable as a separate item 8 per cent of said amount as a delinquency penalty, which amoun•t aha11 be included in Ehe tax ! levy by the Cvunty Auditor as afore- said.
