Repesl of Ordinance. No. <br /> 109. Ordinance No. 109 with relation to . <br /> the adoption af the H7ghway Traffic <br /> Regulation Act of the State of Minnesota <br /> is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2. Incorporation By Refereace <br /> of Highway Traffic Regalation Act- <br /> 1969. The regulatary proviaions of Min- <br /> nesota Statutes 1969, Chapter 169, com- <br /> monly known as the FIighway Traffic <br /> Regulation Act, ia hereby adopted as a <br /> traffic ordinance regulating the use of <br /> highways, atreets and alleys within the <br /> Village of Arden Hills and is hereby in- <br /> corporated herein and msde a part of <br /> thia ordinance as completely as if eet <br /> out hereSn in full. ' <br /> Section Penalty. Any violation of <br /> the statutes adapted by refemace an See- <br /> tian 2 hereaf is a violatian of this ordi- <br /> nance when it occurs within the limite <br /> of the Village of Arden Hills. Any per- <br /> son violating any provisian thareof shall <br /> be guilty af a misdemeanar and shall be <br /> punished by a fine nat to exceed $300.00 <br /> or by imprisanment in the county jail <br /> up to ninety days, or both. <br /> Section 4. Effective Date.
