Itepeal of Ordinance No. <br /> 109. Ordinance No. 109 with relation to <br /> the adoption of the Highway Traffic <br /> Regulation Act of t6e State of Minnesota <br /> is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2. Incorporation By Reference <br /> of Highway Traffic ReBalation Act- <br /> 1969. The xegulatory pmvisions of Min- <br /> nagota Statutes 1969, Chapter 169, com- <br /> monly known as the Highway Traffic <br /> Regulation Act, ie hereby adopted as a <br /> traffic ordinance regulating the use of <br /> highways, atreets and alleys within the <br /> Village of Arden Hills and is hereby in- <br /> corparated herein and made a part of this ordinance as completely as if set <br /> out herain in full. <br /> , Section S. penalty. Any violation of <br /> the statutes adoPted bY reference om Sec- <br /> tion 2 hereof is a vivlatian of thia ardi- <br /> nance when it occurs within the limits <br /> of the Village of Arden Hills. Any per- <br /> son violating any proviaion thareof ehall <br /> be guilty of a misdemeanor and ahall be <br /> punished by s fine nat to exceed $300,00 . <br /> or by imprisanment in the county jail <br /> up to ninety days, or both. <br /> 3ection 4. Effective Date. This Ordi- <br /> nance shall Uecome effective upon its <br /> pasiaage and publicatian. <br /> .
