Ordinance No. 109 with ielation to - - the adoption of the H2ghway Traffic Regulation Act of the State of Minneaota i4 hereby repealed. Section 2. incorporation By Reference of Highway Traffic Regulation Act- 1969. The regulatory pmvisions of Min- nesota Statutes 1969, Chapter 169, com- monly known se the Highway Traffic Regulation Act, is hereby adopted as a traffic ardinance regvlating the use of highways, streeta and alleys within the Village of Arden Hills and is hereby in- Z parated herein and made a part o4 s ardinance as completely as if set out heresn in full. Section 3. Penalty. Any violatioT of . the statutes a,dapted by regeremce om Sec- tion 2 hereof is a vialatian of this ordi- nance when it occurs within the limits of the Village of Arden Hills. Any pen son violating any grovision thereaf sha11 be Ruilty of a misdemeanar and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $300.00 or by imprisan.ment . in the county jail . . up to ninety days, or both. 3ection 4.
