Section 4-10 of Ordinance Number 16, known as the Arden Hills Building Code, is hereby repealed. SECfION 2. The following Section is hereby enacted in place and instead of the fdrxner Section 4- I O of the Building ~ Code, which Section shall read as Lollows, to• wit : PLUMBING AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL 4-10. No alterations or additions in the existing plumbing in any building shal] be made nor shall any plumbing be plac- ed in any bvilding nor shall any sewage dispvsal system be ccnstructcd withaut first securing a permit there{or, escept that minar repair work requiring a total outlay of no more than $100.00 for labor and :naterials, the labor being based vn current charges gf master plumbers, may be ma3e without a permit. Applications far permit shall be filed with the Clerk or the Plumbing Inspector I of the Village and shall be accompanied by a fee as follows: Far the drilling of a well (express- ly superseding the previous fee fix- ed in Section 4-7 of the Building Code) . . . . $5.00 Far Cesspool, clrain Eield or septic tank (any two thereoD . . , $5.0!0 Minimum Eee [ar autside sewage dis- posal plants $3.00 For the repair or alteration of any sanitary plumbing system $ 2.OQ For the first fixture or fixture open- ing , 32.00 For each additiona] fixture dr fix- ture opening $ .50 Each application~for~a~permit for an individual sewage disposal system shall have thereon the oorrect lega] description di the property on which the proposed in- stallation, alteration, repair, or extension is to take place and each application for a permit shall ~e accampanied by a plot plan o[ the land shvwiag the location of - any proposed or existing buildings locat- ed on the praperty with respect to the boundary lines of the pro`perty and com- plete plans of the proposed system with - substantiating data, if necessary, attest- ing to *he compliance with the minimum standards of this ordinance. A complete plan shall iaclude the Idcation, size and design of all parts of the system to be in- stalted, altered, repaired, nr extended. The - application shall alw show the present fa- or praposed lotation of water suand t e cilities and water supplq piping, name of the person firm or corporation who is ta install the system, and shall provide such fttrther infarmation as may be requ~ir~ed by the council.
