The Village Cauncil of Arden Hills does hereby ardain as follows: SECfION I. Sectian 4-10 of Ordinance IVumber 16, known as the Arden Hills Building Code, is hereby repealed. SECCION 2. The following Section is ~ hereby enacted in place and instead of the frrmer Section 4- I 0 of the Building Cade, which Section shall read as Lollaws, to-wit : PLUMBING AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL 4-10. No alterations or additions in the existing plumbing in any building shali be made nor shall any plumbing be plac- ed in avy building nor shall any sewage disposal system be constructed withr.rut first securing a permit there[or, exczpt that minar repair work reqviring a total outlay of no more than $100.00 for ]abor and :naterials, the lahor being based an current charges of master plumbers, may be made without a permit. Applications far permit shall be filed with the Clerk or the Plumbing Inspector of the Village and shall be accompanied by a fee as followsa Far the drilling of a well (express- ly suTerseding the previovs fee fix- ed in Section 4-7 af the Buildiing Code) . 35.00 Far Cesspool, clrain field or septic tank (any two thereaf) , $5.0'0 Minimum fee [ar outside~sewage dis- pasal piants $3.00 For the repairor alteration of any sanitary plumbing system $2.00 For the first fixtuTe or fisture open- ing . $2.00 For esch .additiona] fixture dr fix- ture cpening $ .50 Each application ~[or~a~permit for an individual sewage dasposal system shall have thereon the oorrect }egal description di the property on which the praposed in- stallation, alteration, regair, or extension is to take place and each application for a permit shall ~e accoanpanied by a plot plan of the ]and sho'wing the location of any proposed or existing buildings locat- ed on the praperty with respect to the boundary lines of the prvperty and com- . plete plans a[ the proposed system with substantiating data, if necessary, , attest- ing to +he compliance with the mmimum standards of this ordinance. A complete plan shall include the lo'cation, size and design of all parts af the system to be in- stalled, altered, repaired, pr extended.
