Ordinance number 18, <br /> known as the Zoning Ordinance, is here- <br /> by amended to zone the following de- <br /> scribed property from Rl to light in. <br /> duatrisl. The entire area so rezoned is <br /> described as followa, to-wit: <br /> The East one-hslf (E%) of the <br /> 3outheast Quarter (SE11/4) of Sec- <br /> tion Twenty Two (22), Township <br /> Thirty (30), Range Twenty Three <br /> (21), except that Bart heretofore <br /> conveyed to the St. Croix Falls <br /> . Minneaota Improvement Company <br /> snd exceBt or sub]ect to roada and <br /> right of ways designated as County <br /> Road F, Lexington Avenue and <br /> Aighway 61, and except a square <br /> ten (10) acre tract in the South- <br /> east corner thereof being Six Hun- <br /> dre@"Sixty (660) feet by Six Hun- <br /> dred Sixty (660) feet having equal <br /> frontage on County Road F and <br /> Lexington Avenue. <br /> Section 2. The Zoning Map of the Vil- <br /> lsge of Arden Hilla referred to in the <br /> aforeasid Ordinance Number 18 shall <br /> not be reHwblished to show the afore- <br /> ssid rezoning, but the Clerk shall ap- <br /> propriately mark the Zoning Map on <br /> file in the Clerk's office for the purpose <br /> of substantially indicating' this rezon- <br /> ing. <br /> Section 3.
