Ordinance number 18, <br /> known as the Zoning Ordinance, is here- <br /> by amended to zone the following de- <br /> acribed groperty from Rl to light in. <br /> dustrial. The entire area so rezoned ie <br /> described as follows, to-wit: <br /> The East one-half (E3s) of the <br /> Southeast Quarter (SEY4) of See- <br /> tion Twenty Two (22), TownahiB <br /> Thirty (30), Range Twenty Three <br /> (23), excegt that part heretofore <br /> conveyed to the St. Crois Falla <br /> Minnesota ImDrovement Comgany <br /> and exceBt or subject to roada and <br /> right of ways designsted sa County <br /> Road F, Lexington Avenue and <br /> Highway 61, and except a square <br /> ten (10) acre tract in the South- <br /> east corner thereof being Six Hun- <br /> dre@ Sixty (660) feet by Six Hun- <br /> dred Sixty (660) feet having equal <br /> frontage on Gounty Raad F and <br /> Lexington Avenue. <br /> Seetion 2. The Zoning Map of the Vil- <br /> lage of Arden Hills referred to in the <br /> aforesaid Ardinance Number 18 shall <br /> not be repwbliahed to show the afore- <br /> said rezoning, but the Clerk shall ap- <br /> propristely mark the Zoning Map on <br /> file in the Clerk's office for the purpose <br /> of substantially indicating this reaon- <br /> ing. <br /> Section S.
