Definitions The words "motor-boat" as used in <br /> this or naranee inclu e ev ry lesse l prope lled by maehine ry upon <br /> • any oP the pubZic waters within the limits of the V3.llage of Arden <br /> Hills. <br /> ~ SECTION' 2, Standard of Care n <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. No motor-boat shall be operated on any <br /> public waters within the Village of <br /> Arden Hi11s at a speed greater than is <br /> reasonable or proper having due regard <br /> to the safety of other baats and per- <br /> sons upon or about such waters. <br /> Subd ivls ion 2. The operator of any motor-boat pas sing <br /> within three hundred feet (300) of a <br /> shoreline upon which or in the vicinity <br /> of whieh any person is fishing or <br /> swimming shall operate such boat at its <br /> lowe st spee d e The operator of ang - <br /> motor-boat shall also operate such boat <br /> at its lowe st speed when passing or <br /> approaching within three hundred feet <br /> (300) of any other° oce-apied boat, <br /> Subdi vis ion 3. Water Skiin and Surfboardinge No motor-boat <br /> sha11 e use ;or t purpose owa er s hg or surfbo arding on <br /> any waters within the Village o#' Arden Hi11s unless the boat, is <br /> operated in such a manner that ne ither the boat, the skier, nor <br /> the s'urfbo ard rider come within three hundred feet (300) of the <br /> shoreline, dockag swimmQrs, or other boats while suc2i skier or <br /> surfbv ard rid er i s skimm:ing the surfaee of the water o <br /> • SECTION 4. Licensing Games and Exhibiti-onso <br /> Subdivision 1. No motor-boats shall engage in any <br /> ~ form o f raeing, game of : tag, game <br /> of follow-the-leader, nor any other <br /> stunting or exhibition except in the <br /> caae of a boat race or exYxibitiari <br /> licensed as hereinafter provided. <br />
