SECTION 2 o The words "non-intox3.eating malt liquop" and the wor s n oxieating liquor" are hereby defined to m an and inelude any distilled, fermented, spiritaus., vinous or malt liqta.id of any kind, potable as a beverage 9whieh contains an alcoholic content in exeess of one-half of vne per cent by volume. " SECTION 3o Any person violating the provisicans of this ordinance s a be ilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine not exceeding 400.00 or by i3aprisament in the Caanty Jail far a period no t exceeding 90 days.
