Amendment of Section III, Subdivision F. of <br /> Ordinance o. 99, e onin inance. Subdivision F., <br /> en i e pecYa ses enera aement", of Section III., <br /> entitled "District Pravission$", is hereby amended in its <br /> entirety to read as foliows: <br /> , <br /> F. Special Use Permits. <br /> 1. General Statement. <br /> It is recQgnize that'certain uses o£,land, <br /> although generally compatible with the basic <br /> use classificatian of a particular zoning <br /> district, should not be germitted generally <br /> and as a matter of right to-be,located in <br /> every area included within the zaning district <br /> becaute of hazards inherent in the use itself <br /> or special problems which its proposed location <br /> may present. Such a use of a particular site <br /> may, nevertheless, be specifically permitted <br /> by means of a Special Use Permit, granted by <br /> the Council, after the.procedures set forth in <br /> this Ordinance have been compla.ed with and the <br /> Councii, on the basis of the guidelines and <br /> criteria set forth in this Subdivision, has <br /> determined tlzat the facts and circumstances <br /> of the particular case warrant granting the <br /> Permit. The Permit sha11 be granted solely <br /> for the proposed use of a particular site, <br /> not for a particular person or firm. <br /> 2.
