Plantin Plan <br /> e p anting plan shall indicate the location, <br /> size, and type bf all proposed planting <br /> materials to be used on the site. <br /> f. Structural Plans <br /> <br /> i. Elevation drawings or illustrations <br /> indicating the architectural treat- <br /> ment of all proposed buildings and <br /> structures. <br /> ii. General floor plans of all propased <br /> buildings and structures. <br /> iii. Type of use, number of employees, <br /> users or occupants expected. <br /> <br /> iv. Type, location and treatment of <br /> interior and exterior mechanical <br /> devices, such as vents, exhaust <br /> fans, air conditioners, and <br /> elevators. <br /> v. Design layout and size of all pro- <br /> posed signs. <br /> vi. Outline specifications for the <br /> proposed structures. <br /> 3. Referral to Planning Commission. <br /> Upon the receipt of the application and the six <br /> copies of the documentation required by the pre- <br /> vious Paragraph, the Zoning Administrator shall <br /> place the matter of the application on the agenda <br /> for the Planning Commission's next regularly <br /> scheduled meeting unless such meeting is within <br /> seven days of such receipt. In the event the <br /> applscation is received by the Zoning Administra- <br /> tor within seven days of the next regularly <br /> scheduled Planning Commission meeting, it shall <br /> be placed on the Planning Commission's agenda for <br /> the next subsequent scheduled meeting thereof, <br /> (either special or regular). <br /> 4.
