Plannin Commission Review. <br /> T e P anning Commission s all review the applica- <br /> tion and documentation in support thereof and <br /> upon finding them to be complete, with the owner- <br /> ship approved by the Attorney, shall instruct <br /> the Zoning Administrator to schedule a public <br /> hearing with all reasonable'promptness after <br /> such determination. <br /> 6. Official Nqtice of Public Hearing. <br /> a. Published Notice. <br /> T e Zoning Administrator shall cause to be <br /> - published in the official newspaper of the <br /> Village at least ten (10) days but not more <br /> than thirty (30) days prior to the date of <br /> the public hearing on the application for a <br /> Special Use Permit, a notice describing the <br /> proposed use and site therefor and setting <br /> forth the location, time, date, and purpose <br /> of such hearing. <br /> b. Mailed Notice. <br /> In addition to the notice required <br /> above, a similar notice shall be mailed <br /> by the Zoning Administrator at least <br /> ten (10) days prior to the date of the <br /> official public hearing on the application, <br /> to each owner of property situated wholly, <br /> or partly within 350 feet, of the property <br /> to which the application for Special Use <br /> Permit relates.. <br /> c. Record of Notice. <br /> A copy o e notice and a list of the <br /> names and addresses to which the notice <br /> was sent shall be attested to by the <br /> Zoning Administratar and shall be made a <br /> part of the records of the proceedings. <br /> d. Failure of Written Notice. <br /> The failure to give mai ed notice to <br /> individual property owners shall not in- <br /> validate the proceedings, provided a bona <br /> fide attempt to comply with this subdivi- <br /> sion has been made. <br /> 7. Public Hearin . <br /> T e P anning Commission shall conduct the public <br /> hearing. The applicant or his representative <br /> shall be given the opportunity to appear before <br /> the Planning Commission to answer questions or <br /> give explanations regarding the proposed <br /> special use.
