Amend ment of SecTion 13-24(00) of Arden <br /> Hills Code. Section 13-24(00) of the Arden Hills Code is <br /> hereby a mended by deleting from the end ihereof the <br /> conlunction "and". <br /> SecTion 2. Amenslment of Section 13-24(pp) of Arden <br /> Hills Code. Section 13-24(pp) of the Arden Hills Code is <br /> hereby amended by deleting the period at the end <br /> ihereof and substituting in the place ihereof a semicolon <br /> and the conjunction "and". <br /> SecTion 3. Amendment ofSection 13-24 of Ardfn Hills <br /> Code by Adding Plew Subsection (qq). Section 13-24 of <br /> the Artlen Hills Code is hereby amended by addin9 <br /> thereto a new Subsection (qq) which reads as follows: <br /> "(Gq) Hotel and motel licenses.^ <br /> Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be <br /> effecTive from and after the date ot its passage and <br /> publication. <br /> .
