Amendmenf of Sectiort 73-24(oa) aF Arden <br /> Hills Code. Section 13-24(oa) of the Arden Hills Code is <br /> hereby amended by deleting from the end ihereof the <br /> conjunction "and". <br /> Section 2. Amendment of Sectian 13-24(pp) of Arden <br /> Hills Code. Sedion 13-24(pp) of ihe Arden Hills Code is <br /> hereby amended by deleting the period at ihe end <br /> ihereof and substituting in ihe place Thereof a semicolon <br /> and ihe conjunction "and". <br /> Section 3. AmendmenT of-Section 13-24 of Arden Hills <br /> Code by Adding New Subsection (qq). Section 13-24 of <br /> the Artlen Hills Code is hereby amended by adding <br /> ihereto a new Subsection (qq) which reads as follows: <br /> "(qq) Hotel and motel licenses." <br /> SecTion 4. Effective Date. This ardinance shall be <br /> effective from and after ihe date of its passage and <br /> publication. <br /> Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 31st day of <br /> August, 1981. <br /> Robert L.
