THE VILLAGE COUNCIL dF THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance No. 83, Section 3, Subdivision C(3) of Ordinance No. 88 is hereby amended to - . . The Couneil may, in its discretion, provide health insurance benefits for em- . ployees of the Village.
