Deletion of Sectian 3-16(a) and Relettering of <br /> Remaining Subsections Therein. Section 3-16 of the Arden Hills <br /> Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom Subsection (a) and <br /> relettering Subsections (b) through (e) as Subsections (a) <br /> through (d). <br /> Section 2. Amendment to Section 3-71 of Arden Hills Code <br /> to Delete Prohibition of Sales of Beer on Election Days. Section <br /> 3-71 of the Arden Hills Code is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "Sec. 3-71. Clasing hours. <br /> No sale of beer shall be made on any Sunday <br /> between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, and <br /> no sale thereof shall be made between the hours of <br /> 1;00 a.m, and 8:00 a.m, on any other day." <br /> <br /> Section 3. Effective Date.
