NO. 694 AND WESTERLY OF <br /> HAMLINE AVENUE <br /> The Village Council of Arden Hills <br /> doea hereby ordain as followa, to-wit: <br /> Section 1. Ordinance No. 18, known as <br /> the Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended <br /> to rezone the following-described prop- <br /> erty from I(Industrial) to R-1 (Resi- <br /> dential), to-wit: • <br /> All that part of the Southwest Quar- <br /> ter (SW1J4), Section Twenty Two <br /> (22), Townahip Thirty (30), Range <br /> Twenty Three (23) lying South of <br /> Floral Drive, Northerly of STH No. <br /> 694 and Westerly of Kamline Ave- ° <br /> nue, sub]ect to public roads. <br /> . 5ection 2, The Zoning Map of the Village of Arden Hills referred to in <br /> the aforesaid Ordinance No. IS ahalt <br /> not be republished to ahow the afore- <br /> .said rezoning, but the Clerk shall appro- . <br /> priately mark the Zoning Map on file in <br /> . the Clerk's office for the purpose o£ . <br /> substantially indicating this rezoning. <br /> Section 3.
