NO. 694 AND WESTERLY OF <br /> HAMLINE AVENUE <br /> The Village Council of Arden Hills <br /> does hereby ordain as follows, to-wit: <br /> . Section 1. Ordinance No. 18, known as <br /> _ the Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended <br /> to rezone the following-described prop- <br /> erty from I(Industrial) to R-1 (Resi- <br /> dential), to-wit: <br /> ' All that part of the Southwest Quar- <br /> . ter (SWl/4), Section Twenty Two . (22), Township Thirty (30), Range <br /> . Twenty Three (23) ]ying South of <br /> . . Floral Drive, Northerly of STH No. <br /> .694 and Westerly of Hamline Ave- <br /> nue, subject to puhlic roads.
