Any <br /> mas,sage or sauna parlor.operated ya non- <br /> proifit corporation oz association shall be <br /> exekmpt from the provisions of this Ordin- <br /> anqe provided, however, that such corpora- <br /> tidn or association is duly organized under <br /> the laws of the State of Minnesota for <br /> civic, fraternal, charitable, social--or <br /> bu6iness purposes; has more than fifty (50) <br /> menibers ; has for more than two (2) years <br /> pr3;or to application ownecl, hired or leased <br /> a building or space in a building of sueh <br /> extent and character as may be suitable and <br /> adequate for the reasonable and comfortable <br /> accoaanodation of its members; has a board . <br /> • of directors, executive committee or other <br /> similar body chosen by its members at a <br /> n?eeting held for that purpose which estab- <br /> lisYies its policy and manages and conducts <br /> its affairs; and prohibits its members, • <br /> o£ficers, agents or employees from being <br /> directly or indirectly compensated by way <br /> of profit for.the sernices offered by the <br /> corporation or.association to the members <br /> or their guests beyond the amount of such <br /> reasonable salary or wages as may be fixed <br /> and voted each year by the directors or <br /> other governing body. <br /> .Section 4. A l:icatiora; Contents Thereof. Every application for a busi- <br /> ness liceanse required under this Ordinarace shall be made <br /> to the City Clerk-Administrator on such forr!ms as he may <br /> from time to time require. In addition to such informa- <br /> tion as the Clerk-Administrator may require in such <br /> application form, it shall also include at a minimum the <br /> following items of informatian or documentation: <br /> (1) Whether the applicant is a natural person, <br /> " a corporation, a partnership or other for*n <br /> of organization. (2) If the applicant is a naturaZ person: <br /> a.
