Subdivision 2 of 9ection 2 of <br /> Ordinance Number 32 is herebq amended <br /> to read as follows, tawit: <br /> Subdivision 2. "On sale" licenses shall <br /> , be issued only to hotels, clnbs and ex- <br /> cl?xsive liquar stores and shal] permit <br /> "on sales" of liquor only, but pumsuant <br /> to the provisions of Chapter 53 of the <br /> 1961 Extra Session Laws of the State <br /> of Minnesota, any establishment in the <br /> Village of Ar3en Hills ahich holds a <br /> combunation "on-sale" and "off•sale^ <br /> license for the sale of intaxieating li- <br /> quo: may sell food. "On.sale" licenses <br /> may according]y be issued by the Coun_ <br /> cil to a praperly-qwalificd applicant <br /> pioposing to serve food on the premises <br /> which are the subject of the application, <br /> in the event that an application for a <br /> "off_sale" license at the same estab. <br /> ]nshment is also subinitted and is grant- <br /> ed by.the Coumcil, unless such "off- <br /> sale" hcense has previously been grant- <br /> ed for said establishment. For the pur- <br /> pose of this provision "esCablishmenY" <br /> shall meari tmo separate bnsinesses <br /> whicli are located in the same building <br /> or in adjacent buildings. <br /> Section 2.
