Subdivision 2 of 3ection 2 of <br /> Ordinance Num~ber 32 is herebp amended <br /> to read as follows, to.wit: <br /> Su6divfsion & "On sale" ticenses sha11 <br /> be issued only to hotels, clubs and ex- <br /> clusive liquor stores and shall permit <br /> °on sales" of liquor only, but pursuant <br /> to the provisions of Chapter 53 of the <br /> 1961 Extra Session Laws of the State <br /> of Minnesota, any establishment in the <br /> Village of tLr3en Hills a'hich hoids a <br /> combin,ation "on-sale" and "off-sale° <br /> license for the sale of intoxieating li- <br /> quor may sell food. "On_sale" licenses <br /> may accordiagly be issued by Yhe Coun_ <br /> cil to a properly-quiali£ied agplicant <br /> proRosingto serve food onthe premises . . <br /> which are the subject of the application, <br /> in Yhe event that an application for a <br /> ' "oif_sale" license at the same estab_ <br /> lcshment is also subunitted and is grant- <br /> ect bythe Council, unless such "bf[- <br /> sale" license has previously been grant- <br /> ed for said establishment. Fnr the pur- <br /> pose of this ,provision "esLablishmenY' <br /> shall mean twa separate drusinesses <br /> whici are located in the sarae building <br /> or in adJacent huildings. <br /> Section 2.
