Limited Industry Districts with frontage upon Interstate <br /> Highway 35W, subject to the following requirements: <br /> 1. The height of any sign shall not exceed 35 feet. <br /> <br /> 2. The a rea of any sign face shall not exceed 700 square feet. <br /> <br /> 3. The maximum aggregate area of advertising signs within the <br /> Nighway Advertising District shal] not exceed a ratio of <br /> .60 square feet of sign area per lineal feet of Interstate . Highway frontage. • <br /> <br /> 4. The width of any sign shall not exceed 50 feet. <br /> <br /> 5.
