Changeable Copy Sign: A sign which is designed to allow for <br /> periodic changes in copy or symbals, either by manual or <br /> electronic means. This definition shall include time and <br /> temperature signs. Changeable copy signs shall be conside red <br /> as Business Signs for the purpose of caiculating allowable <br /> sign area. <br /> <br /> d. Flashing Sign: A sign which contains light which is not maintained <br /> in a stationary position or at a constant intensity or color. This <br /> definition shall not include changing copy of a time and temperature <br /> sign. <br /> <br /> e. Free Standing Sign: A sign which is independently supported by <br /> a support structure in or upon the ground and is not affixed <br /> to any part of a building.
