This will enable the City <br />to move into the preliminary design phase, which will involve more detailed review, and full evaluation of <br />the associated impacts. It will also provide Ramsey County with guidance in the preliminary design <br />phase of the TH 10 & CR96 intersection project. <br /> <br />Chris Chromy, Bolton & Menk, Inc., will be present for the discussion. <br /> <br />Supporting Documents: <br /> <br />1.
