<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City approves the Concept Plan as the basis for preliminary design <br />work for the Interchange Project. <br /> <br />2. City staff, consultants and the Mayor and City Administrator are <br />authorized and directed to take all actions and execute any documents necessary to carry <br />out the intent of this resolution, including without limitation delivery of a copy of this <br />resolution to Ramsey County and the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills this 30th day of June, <br /> <br />2008. <br /> <br />Stanley D.
