<br />Page Two- <br /> <br />· We can insure coordination of City permits with RCWD and the MPCA NPDES <br />permits. <br /> <br />For our service, we would bill a flat rate fee of$56.00/hr, this will include any mileage <br />costs, for providing office review and comment on E&S control permit needs and <br />perform as many field inspections and reports as are necessary to insure compliance with <br />City rules. We would also charge a $42.00 per hour clerical services rate for any <br />billing/clerical services associated with this function. I would anticipate that this cost <br />would be very minimal, i.e., no more than one hour per billing cycle (a quarterly billing <br />cycle would work for the District).
