<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - June 30, 2008 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Harpstead seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended. The motion <br />carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />A. Presentation and Reco2nition of the 2007 City of Arden Hills <br />Emplovee of the Year <br /> <br />City Administrator Ronald Moorse stated that there were two categories that an <br />employee could be nominated for and these are exceptional performance and <br />significant accomplishments. He also stated that for the year 2007 there were two <br />recipients of the employee of the year award. The first recipient was Parks and <br />Recreation Manager Michelle Olson and the second was City Planner James <br />Lehnhoff. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes stated that the entire staff was happy to see that James <br />and Michelle had been rewarded for their hard work. <br /> <br />B. Audit <br /> <br />Finance Director Sue Iverson stated that Aaron Nielson of Malloy, Montague, <br />Kamowski, Radosevich & Co. P .A. would be presenting the audit. <br /> <br />Mr. Aaron Nielson of Malloy, Montague, Kamowski, Radosevich & Co. P.A., <br />presented the results of the audit to the City Council. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead thanked him for the report and asked if this information would <br />be available to the public. <br /> <br />Finance Director Iverson stated that the reports would be available on the City's <br />website, in the newsletter and a copy at the library. <br /> <br />c. National Ni2ht Out Proclamation.. AU2ust 5.. 2008 <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Noah Simon stated that National Night Out would <br />be August 5, 2008. He also stated that this information would be posted on the <br />City's website along with a schedule of events. He stated that the resolution <br />prepared by the Ramsey County Sheriff s Department was being presented tonight <br />for signatures from the Council. <br />
