<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City approves the Concept Plan and the basis for preliminary design <br />work for the Interchange Project. <br /> <br />2.
