He also stated that there is data for about 150-175 manholes to be put into the system and about 150 manholes left to inspect in the City. He stated that Chris was in the process of finishing the joint bid project for sewer lining. He stated that he will provide a more accurate update at the next regular Council meeting. Mayor Harpstead clarified that there has not been anyone major leak identified. Public Works Director Hoag stated that this was correct. Councilmember Grant stated that National Night Out was scheduled for August 5, 2008. He asked if there was a list of block parties available and if this information would be on the City's website. Public Works Director Hoag stated that Pam Sweeney is in charge of organizing this information. Mayor Harpstead stated that the information would be posted on the website. Councilmember Grant asked if the Council was planning a retreat for 2008 now that the City Administrator position had been filled. Mayor Harpstead stated that a retreat was being planned and that the retreat for 2009 was also being planned for the beginning of the year. Councilmember Grant reviewed the trail systems that the Council had approved in the consent calendar. Councilmember Holmes asked where the City was concerning rental licensing. City Administrator Moorse stated that rental licensing code enforcement issues would be addressed in September in a Council work session. Councilmember Holmes stated that the Park and Recreation meeting will not be held in August and should be removed from the calendar and there was a joint meeting with the PTRC and the financial Planning Committee scheduled for September 9, 2008. Councilmember McClung stated that the Council had previously discussed committees and work plans for committees and Council direction for committees
