He also stated that there is data for about 150-175 <br />manholes to be put into the system and about 150 manholes left to inspect in the <br />City. He stated that Chris was in the process of finishing the joint bid project for <br />sewer lining. He stated that he will provide a more accurate update at the next <br />regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead clarified that there has not been anyone major leak identified. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Hoag stated that this was correct. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant stated that National Night Out was scheduled for August 5, <br />2008. He asked if there was a list of block parties available and if this information <br />would be on the City's website. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Hoag stated that Pam Sweeney is in charge of organizing <br />this information. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead stated that the information would be posted on the website. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant asked if the Council was planning a retreat for 2008 now <br />that the City Administrator position had been filled. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead stated that a retreat was being planned and that the retreat for <br />2009 was also being planned for the beginning of the year. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant reviewed the trail systems that the Council had approved in <br />the consent calendar. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes asked where the City was concerning rental licensing. <br /> <br />City Administrator Moorse stated that rental licensing code enforcement issues <br />would be addressed in September in a Council work session. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes stated that the Park and Recreation meeting will not be <br />held in August and should be removed from the calendar and there was a joint <br />meeting with the PTRC and the financial Planning Committee scheduled for <br />September 9, 2008. <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung stated that the Council had previously discussed <br />committees and work plans for committees and Council direction for committees <br />
