<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - July 28, 2008 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the Council to direct Staff to look into scheduling a Town <br />Hall Meeting and combining it with the open house that is currently being planned <br />for the TCAAP property. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked if there was an update regarding the Black Bear <br />Software. <br /> <br />City Administrator Moorse stated that it is expected the end of August. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked if the Council should look at hiring a temporary <br />person to enter the backlog of data. <br /> <br />City Administrator Moorse stated that the information should transfer into the <br />new software but he will confirm this. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked if updates could be available regarding the <br />consolidated dispatch call center. <br /> <br />City Administrator Moorse stated that this would be possible. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked if there was any feedback received from the Fire <br />Department. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Hoag stated that he had left messages but has not received <br />a response back from Deputy Fire Chief Adair. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked when MDAG will be discussed again. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead stated that this item should be added to the next TCAAP <br />discussion. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked for an update regarding Sandy Bearas. <br /> <br />Finance Director Iverson stated that the City has been receiving monthly <br />restitution payments. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant stated that he would like an update regarding I&I at the <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Hoag stated that the City has received two proposals for <br />smoke testing and they will review them. He also stated that Chuck from Bonestroo <br />analyzed the data for the manholes in meter shed 59 and has determined two types <br />
