ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - July 28, 2008 5 Mr. Moriarty stated that he was not sure because Greg Mack, the Director, was the person responsible for working on this resolution. Councilmember Grant stated that this agreement would substantially improve the area and this would be a good move for the City. He asked if there would be any trails in the area. Mr. Moriarty stated that there could be trails and there was room available for a hiking trail. Mr. Dave Hamernick, MNARNG, Environmental Program Administrator, stated that there was an anticipated trail along the north edge of the area._ MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Harpstead seconded a Motion to Approve Resolution No. 2008-036: Resolution Approving the Rice Creek North Regional Trail Wildlife Corridor Habitat Restoration Plan.
