<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />Approved: August 25,2008 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL TCAAP WORKSESSION MEETING <br />JULY 28, 2008 <br />6:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Stan Harpstead called to order <br />the City Council Work Session meeting at 6:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Stan Harpstead; Council Members David Grant, Brenda <br />Holden, Fran Holmes, and David McClung. <br /> <br />Absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present: City Administrator Ron Moorse; Assistant City Administrator <br />Noah Simon; Finance Director Susan Iverson; City Planner James Lehnhoff; <br />Stacy K vilvang, Ehlers & Associates; Steve Bubul, Kennedy & Graven; <br />Mike Comodeca, Spencer Fane Britt & Brown, LLP; Gen McJilton, Ryan <br />Companies; Tom Reppe, Ryan Companies; and Sara Peterson, Dorsey & <br />Whitney, LLP. <br /> <br />1. AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Discussion of Public Relations Piece Associated with Release of <br />Remedial Investigation Report to MPCA <br /> <br />Stacie K vilvang, Ehlers & Associates noted a report was being written to provide <br />information to the public to address any questions they may have regarding the <br />remedial investigation report and the clean up to be done on the TCAAP site. Ms. <br />Kvilvang indicated the City will work jointly with RLD to create a press release. <br /> <br />Ms. Kvilvang reported this press release would be printed in the local newspaper <br />first and then passed along to the local media. She indicated the intent of this <br />release was to announce a public meeting that would be held to review all <br />
