AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Discussion of Public Relations Piece Associated with Release of <br />Remedial Investigation Report to MPCA <br /> <br />Stacie K vilvang, Ehlers & Associates noted a report was being written to provide <br />information to the public to address any questions they may have regarding the <br />remedial investigation report and the clean up to be done on the TCAAP site. Ms. <br />Kvilvang indicated the City will work jointly with RLD to create a press release. <br /> <br />Ms. Kvilvang reported this press release would be printed in the local newspaper <br />first and then passed along to the local media. She indicated the intent of this <br />release was to announce a public meeting that would be held to review all <br />
